Choose which package you'd like along with your theme then drop us a line to check availability for your required date. We will then send you a link to our booking form to complete your order.

We calculate our delivery schedule by location. We usually do this on a Tuesday for the following weekend, so we will be in contact to confirm times the week before your booking. However, if you have a specific time you need, pop it on your booking form and we will do our best to accommodate! We will always try and get our set-ups complete as early as possible so that you can make full use of your teepees!

Our teepees are 110cm wide by 140cm in length with our standard mattress or 180 cm with our longer length mattresses.

Absolutely not! Lots of adults get involved, family sleepovers, hen nights or girls night in! Just request our longer length mattresses on our booking form!

We calculate our collection schedule after we've delivered all our bookings for the weekend. That way we can discuss requirements with all customers when we deliver, so just let us know what works for you and we will do our best to accommodate.

We've got this down to a fine art! Up to 5 teepees will take 30 mins but for 5+ allow an hour.

In light of the current climate, we have taken advice from the local health authority in order to reduce the spread of COViD. Washable items are washed at 60 degrees, teepees themselves are steamed between usage and all other items are cleaned, rested and not re-used for at least a 72 hour period.

We take a deposit to reserve your required date. This will be detailed in the invoice we email to you. You can pay via bank transfer or Paypal. The balance of your order is required 5 days before your booking date .

To stake the bell tent down securely, we need the following space.....

4m tent - 6m radius required

5m tent - 7m radius required

If you have a base of mud underneathe your astro turf and not concrete we can set up the tent. We cannot set up on a concrete base unfortunately.

Our 4 m tent can sleep 6 standard mattresses or 4 full length mattresses. The 5m tent sleeps 8 standard matresses and 6 full length.

We are based in Ware, Hertfordshire but travel around an hour away from us. This allows us to cover London, Essex, Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire as well as Hertfordshire. Delivery is free within a 10 mile radius. Beyond 10 miles we charge £0.45 per mile for collection/delivery. Send us your postcode and we will let you know if we cover your area and what the fee will be, if applicable.

Absolutely! A number of our parties are for siblings and we understand that everyone wants something different, so just let us know which themes you'd like on our booking form!

Once your deposit is received, should you need to cancel your booking, your deposit is fully transferrable if you provide us with 7 days notice of the changes.

Unfortunately, we do not provide any heating as insurance will not cover this. This is why we only provide our bell tents in summer months. However, we provide 2 blankets per bed and we find that once everyones inside and the door is zipped up, this is more than warm enough!

We will always try to set up your bell tent wherever we can. We cannot set up in heavy rain. If weather is bad on your chosen date, we have the option change to our indoor teepees or transfer your booking to another date.
